Data is processed to provide the service, manage contracts and billing, support, security, abuse prevention and — where permitted — relevant commercial communications. Legal bases include contract, legal obligation, consent and legitimate interest.

We may share data with technology providers (hosting, email, payments, messaging) acting as processors, strictly as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal data.

Data may be processed in the EU/EEA or — with appropriate safeguards — elsewhere where infrastructure requires it. We retain data for the contractual relationship and thereafter as required by law.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by contacting the controller above. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including authenticated access, encryption of sensitive secrets and data minimisation.

For privacy requests use the controller email or certified address shown above. For active salon accounts, the salon remains controller towards its own end clients.
