1. Service scope
AuraSpace is a SaaS platform for salon and similar businesses (scheduling, clients, automations, messaging). Available features depend on your plan.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and compliant use by your staff.
3. Plans, trial and billing
Pricing, trial and plan limits are shown on the site. Unless stated otherwise, the Pro trial does not require a credit card. Subscriptions renew according to your chosen terms until cancelled.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use AuraSpace for unlawful activity, spam, infringement of third-party rights or attempts to compromise the platform. We may suspend accounts for serious abuse.
5. Intellectual property and data
AuraSpace, its brand and software remain our property. Data entered by the salon remains the salon's property; the salon is controller towards its own clients.
6. Liability and governing law
The service is provided as permitted by law. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Mandatory consumer rights apply where required.
